About Giulia

Giulia is a Registered Trade Mark Attorney in Australia with a decade of experience in trade marks in Italy, the European Union, and China. She earned her law degree from the University of Padua, spent over six years in Shanghai with a leading firm specializing in IP, and also spent five years at a boutique IP firm in Milan. There, she supported Italian and European clients in strengthening their trade mark portfolios, resolving disputes, and providing advice on trade mark, design, copyright, and other IP commercial matters. Recently, Giulia graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Graduate Certificate in Trade Marks Law and Practice. Giulia joins us at a crucial time as our trade mark presence expands rapidly. She will help lead the prosecution and registration of our national and international trade mark filings.
